All4sTerms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Dreadrock Software ("we", "us") for the All4s app and its online services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who can use All4s
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account, play online or chat. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and should supervise purchases. Parents can turn on Kids' chat, which limits chat to preset phrases. You must not use the App if you have been banned from it.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as allowed by the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or rent the App, or use bots, cheats, exploits or automated tools with it, except where the law expressly allows.
3. Your account
You can play online as a guest or with an email, Apple or Google account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. A guest account lives only on your device until you link it, so if you delete the App or change phones you can lose it and what it holds. You can delete your account at any time (how).
4. Conduct rules
At a table, in chat, in your display name and avatar, and anywhere else in the App, you must not:
- harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone, or encourage self-harm or violence;
- post hate speech or slurs, or attack people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age;
- post sexual or pornographic content, or any content that sexualises minors (we report it to the authorities);
- impersonate anyone, or share someone's personal information;
- spam, advertise, scam, or ask players for money, logins or personal details;
- cheat: collude with opponents, use more than one account at a table, share hands outside the game's signs, or exploit bugs;
- deliberately ruin games, or break any law.
Our word filter blocks some language, but you are responsible for what you post. Use Report, Block and Mute (press and hold a chat message or a player's name), or email support@all4s.dreadrocksoftware.com. We review reports within 24 hours and act on them: removing the content, and warning, suspending or permanently banning the player who posted it.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post (such as your display name and messages), and give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show and deliver it to other players as part of the App, and to review it for moderation. We may remove any content at any time.
6. Virtual goods
Sign packs give you signs, a virtual item used in the game. Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed to you (not sold), cannot be transferred, traded or exchanged for money, and are used up when you send a sign. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and not refundable by us; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we remove what it gave you. We may change how virtual items work, and if we end the App we will give reasonable notice.
7. All4s Pro subscription
- All4s Pro removes ads. It is a yearly subscription; the price is shown in the App before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for another year at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings (iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Deleting the App or your All4s account does not cancel it.
- When you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. No refunds for partial periods, except where the store's policy or the law says otherwise.
- If a free trial or introductory offer is shown, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. If we change the price, the store tells you in advance and you can cancel.
8. Ads
The App shows ads from Google AdMob to players without Pro. Ads and any offers in them come from third parties, not from us. See our Privacy Policy for your choices about ad tracking.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, and remove your account and content, if you break these terms, put other players at risk, or if the law requires. If we ban you for breaking these terms you lose your virtual items and remaining Pro time without a refund, as far as the law allows. We may change, pause or discontinue the App or any feature. Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
10. Our content
The App, its artwork, sounds, code and the All4s name are owned by Dreadrock Software or its licensors and protected by law. All Fours itself is a traditional game that belongs to everybody.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that online games will never be lost to connection problems. All4s is a game of skill and chance for entertainment only: there is no real-money gambling and no prizes.
12. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, virtual items or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if more. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
13. App Store and Google Play terms
These terms are between you and Dreadrock Software only, not Apple or Google, and we (not Apple or Google) are responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; Apple has no other warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, and claims that the App infringes someone's intellectual property. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with third-party terms (such as your network provider's) when using the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad and Tobago have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws, and the right to go to the courts, of the country where you live. Please contact us first; most things can be sorted out with an email.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, tell you in the App before they apply. If you keep using the App after that, the new terms apply.
