Child safety standards

All4s by Dreadrock Software. Effective date: 29 September 2026

All4s is a card game where players can chat at online tables. We are committed to keeping children safe, and we do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form.

Our standards

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited in All4s. This includes, anywhere in the app (chat, display names, avatars, invites, or any other feature):

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, generated or edited material;
• grooming: befriending a child to sexually abuse or exploit them, online or offline;
• sexualising minors, or sexual conversation with anyone who is or appears to be a minor;
• sextortion, or trafficking or advertising children for sexual purposes;
• asking a player for their age, location, photos, phone number or social media to move a child to another platform;
• sharing, requesting or linking to any such content.

Accounts that break these standards are permanently banned, their content removed, and the activity reported to the authorities.

How All4s protects players

• All4s is not directed to children under 13. Accounts and chat are for players aged 13 and over.
• Chat is text only and short (60 characters), with no image, video, voice or file sharing and no private direct messages outside a game table.
• Every message passes through a server-side word filter before anyone sees it, and sending is rate-limited.
• Kids' chat limits chat to preset phrases and reactions, so no free text can be typed.
• Any player can Mute, Block or Report another player from a chat message or their name at the table, and every player agrees to our rules before playing online.
• Reports are reviewed by a person within 24 hours, and CSAE reports are treated as urgent.

How to report

1. In the app: open the table chat, press and hold the message (or the player's name) and choose Report. The report reaches our moderators with the message and the conversation around it.
2. By email: write to support@all4s.dreadrocksoftware.com with the subject "Child safety report", the player's display name, and the date and time. Please do not send us any images of abuse; describe what you saw instead.
3. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (in Trinidad and Tobago, 999).

What we do with a report

• Remove the content and suspend the account right away while we review it.
• Permanently ban accounts that break these standards.
• Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, and to the relevant national or regional authorities where the law requires it, and preserve the evidence for law enforcement.
• Cooperate with law enforcement requests made through proper legal process.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws, including the laws of Trinidad and Tobago and the laws of the countries where All4s is offered, and with the Google Play and Apple App Store child safety policies.
